IPD & OPD SERVICES
Our specialists in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Dermatology and Neurology provide consultation and outpatient services. Appointments can be made both online or by calling the hospital helpline numbers. Patients may also walk in and register with our front desk in case of emergencies.
Accidents may happen anytime. And that’s why we are there all the time. Nurses, physicians, and other emergency health specialists in our Emergency Departments provide 24×7 care to people who are severely ill or have suffered life-threatening injuries.

Procedures Of OPD (Out-Patient Consultations)
- Patients who come to SOTC for the first time need to Register at the OPD Counter which the patient can get registered at the respective OPDs depending on their ailment and the doctor they would want to consult.
- The Patients have the right to consult any doctor/ consultant. For seeking appointment with any consultant on his OPD days, the patient should contact his/her office.
- Patients are seen on first come first serve basis. However, out of turn consultation may be provided in case of emergency or to senior citizens.
- For consultation in Speciality and Super-speciality doctors you need to have referred from general Physicians.
- Stroke symptoms, Traumatic injuries, Urinary tract infections, Workplace injuries
- Poisoning, Snake bite envenomation, Adverse drug reaction, Hanging, Drug overdose and poisoning, Acute pulmonary oedema, Status asthmatic, Status epilepsy
